Procurement for Contracting Authorities
I support Contracting Authorities to meet their obligations under public procurement legislation and to deliver procurement activity that is compliant, proportionate and workable in practice.
This includes supporting organisations operating under the Procurement Act 2023, as well as managing and transitioning legacy activity governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The focus is on helping teams navigate complexity, manage risk and scrutiny, and make sound commercial decisions without adding unnecessary process.

I regularly work with senior leaders who are accountable for procurement decisions but do not have dedicated in-house procurement capacity.
I work with organisations across a wide range of categories and operating contexts, providing support that is proportionate to need; whether that’s short-term project delivery, interim capacity, or longer-term advisory support.
The emphasis is always on clarity, compliance and practicality, ensuring procurement solutions are deliverable, defensible and appropriate to the organisation and the communities it serves.
